FST racing crankshaft R125 - MT125 - XSR125 VVA E5
The new FST Racing 3.0 VVA E5 crankshaft is fully balanced and ready to be installed in optimum quality and tolerances for a perfect fit in your Yamaha Minarelli 125 4T LC VVA low engine. This one is perfect for all engine preparations with racing cylinder kits ranging from 155 to 220cc.
A new FST Quality Control Certificate is present to indicate the result of the metrology carried out on the crankshaft that you have purchased, as well as a serial number engraved on the masses!
With this version 3.0, you will gain in reliability, engine longevity and we guarantee excellent solidity up to 14,000 rpm. (tested and approved during the endurance race at 23:60 Le Mans 2023)
The crankshaft is delivered with machined masses on the faces, 1 forged connecting rod with ION nitriding treatment by Plasma, 2 SKF polyamide C4 bearings and 1 timing gear assembled in order to reduce assembly technicality.
LAB Fast125 tips:
- For the reassembly of your engine, we strongly recommend that you purchase a new timing chain, chain slider and a VVA adjustable timing sprocket, in order to be able to set your timing to your convenience or the technical specification of your shaft a Cam Racing!
- Use Arexons assembly oil Svitol OLIATORE assembly lubricant 90ml
- Inject oil into the crankshaft hole on the clutch side
- Use Yamaha or similar tools to avoid any damage to the part in the event of disassembly

NB: to understand why the FST crankshaft exists, is that the original 125 connecting rod has a reliability limit whose maximum displacement is 155cc with a maximum speed of 11500rpm.
The FST v3.0 racing crankshaft is suitable for Minarelli 125 4T LC VVA Euro 5 injection engines for Yamaha R125 2019-, MT 125 2020-, XSR 125 2021-, Fantic Caballero 125 2021-, Fantic XEF and XMF 125 motorcycles 2021-, Beta RR 4T LC 125 2021-.
