Fasstek cylinder head Racing V4 YZF R 125 V1-V2 - MT 125 V1
Fasstek Racing V4 cylinder heads are essential for prepared engines ranging from 150 to 200cc. They are mounted on Yamaha - Minarelli 125 4T LC engines such as the YZF R125 from 2008 to 2018, MT125 from 2014 to 2019, Fantic, Beta, Rieju, etc.!
Fasstek V4 cylinder heads benefit from 5-axis CNC machining in the intake and exhaust passages, as well as in the combustion chamber.
19, 20 or 22mm intake valves and 22, 23 and 25mm exhaust valves. The 19/22mm cylinder head will go perfectly for 150 to 177cc cylinders, the 20/23mm one will be ideal for 177 to 193cc cylinders and the 22/25mm one for 200 to 225cc.
These cylinder heads are delivered with the composition:
For the one in 19/22mm
- 2 intake valves
- 2 exhaust valves
- 4 valve guides assembled
For 20/23mm and 22/25mm
- 2 intake valves
- 2 exhaust valves
- 4 valve guides assembled
- 2 complete tilters (without axles)
Technical advice from Lab Fast125:
A racing camshaft, springs, bearings and an injector are recommended if you want to run the engine properly.
The UMA Cam Stopper racing part (ref: 02h00340) and the Fasstek Racing reinforced rocker shafts are recommended to make your cylinder head more reliable.
As accessories, we suggest the Fasstek titanium cup kit and UMA rockers (ref: 02h00090)
Check that your intake pipe can be mounted on the cylinder head or opt for the Oblong series from Fasstek
Important to check that your muffler has an internal diameter of 32mm at the inlet, in order to be able to mount it on all cylinder heads.
